West Chester Township is currently seeking a full-time and part-time Human Resource Specialist. Additionally, you will be responsible for:

·         Administering Worker’ s Comp and FMLA paperwork

·         Leading the recruitment and on-boarding process

·         Employee Relations

·         Training and Development

·         Compensation Management

·           Benefit Administration

·         Completing Bi-Weekly Payroll using ADP

The ideal candidate will need strong organizational skills with the ability to evaluate current situations and make recommendations for improvements.  Additionally, you will need:

·         A Bachelor’ s Degree in HR or related field

·         3+ years of Human Resources experience

·         Prior experience in Local Governments preferred

·         PHR/SPHR strongly preferred

·         Strong experience with Worker’ s Comp, FMLA, ADA and ACA

·         Experience working in a Union environment

·         Must have experience with ADP to process payroll
