LOTH is looking for a Scheduler to manage the scheduling of client orders for our installation team for LOTH’ s furniture group.

The Scheduler wears multiple hats and must be able to multitask, effectively communicate with clients and installation team

The position works to schedule the team for jobs relating to different client projects and updates to meet the client’ s expectations. This position is responsible for ensuring that the necessary assignments and tasks are being completed and staying within budgeted time frames. Candidates will have daily interaction with clients, installation and service teams; strong communication, organizational skills, and follow through are necessary for success in this role.

The role is an hourly (non-exempt) position scheduled 40+ hours per week; this position will be full time and will offer company benefits. Candidate must be available for standard hours Monday through Friday with hours 7: 00am-4: 00pm; overtime and flexibility in schedule are required. Off on major holidays.


Main Responsibilities to include but not limited to:
  • Develops and maintains a minimum of 4 week Installation schedule
  • Schedules labor and equipment within budget
  • Communicates and coordinates schedule with the customers and contractors
  • Maintains the schedule per the quoted hours
  • Ensures all orders are closed daily
  • Ensures the installers have all necessary paperwork for the job
  • Make sure all orders are closed for month end and year end
  • Assist with year end inventory
  • Assist with time reporting
  • Assist with invoicing
  • Support LOTH’ s Service Coordinator as needed

Job Requirements
  • Associate Degree or higher preferred or equivalent experience
  • Ability to sit or stand for continuous period.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of installation/service management experience desired.
  • Candidates must have reliable transportation and be reliable to report to work when scheduled.
  • Excellent computer skills in Microsoft products, email and typing.
  • Experience in distribution, construction, or professional services environment preferred.
  • High level of problem solving, trouble shooting, and ability to multi-task
  • Professional and strong communication oral, written and listening skills.
  • Customer Service orientation
  • High level of organization.
  • Willingness to cross train in other operations areas as backup support.
  • Personal character in accordance with the company core values and belief.
  • Required to pass a drug and background check
